Terms of Use

There is a minimum of one hour charged for all services provided. Fees are calculated by 15 minute intervals after the first hour.

Special occasion and holiday planning and coordination services are billed at $55.00 per hour.

Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. All hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, credit card or money order, payable to Trusted Concierge. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 additional fee and do not include charges for third party vendors.

All unused hours of monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour started. Hours not used will be forfeited on the 31st day.

All jobs requiring two people (i.e. heavy item lifting) will be billed at time and a half.

All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 12 miles of travel. Travel over 12 miles will be billed at the rate of $.48 per mile.

Any transportation of pets requires a suitable carrier and proof of vaccinations.

Methods of payment accepted include: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept cash, money orders, checks and traveler checks. A credit card is required to reserve all orders for service in advance. The card will be charged when services are rendered, unless the client chooses another accepted method of payment.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service will result in a $30 fee. Payment is due in full for all scheduled services if there is no notice of cancellation.

Special scheduling that is required outside regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a $30 convenience fee each day in addition to regular fees.

Delivery to island communities will be subject to an additional service fee.

Holiday and weekend services will exceed normal hourly rates.

Privacy Policy

All personal and credit card information collected by Trusted Concierge will be gathered solely for the purposes of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. We will never disclose to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Trusted Concierge.
